Estate Planning is personal, and you need an estate plan that is all about you and your family. Heather will explain all of your options and make sure your estate plan addresses your specific needs and concerns. You wouldn’t leave your children with a complete stranger – and you should be just as careful with the fate of your family if the unexpected occurs.
Without the overhead of a large firm, Heather is able to charge less for her services. But, unlike “trust mills” who keep their costs low by churning out cookie-cutter documents, you’ll receive a custom estate plan and an ongoing relationship with a local Marin estate planning attorney.
Heather performs estate planning on a flat fee, with no hidden charges or add-ons.

- Guardianship nomination for minor children
- Power of attorney
- Health care directive
- Assistance in funding your trust
- Personal service, answers to your questions, and an ongoing relationship
Flat fee for
complete estate plan:
Couples: $2,600
Individuals: $2,000
If you require more complex estate planning due to diverse or out
of state property holdings, or
some other time-intensive matter, the above flat fee may be increased
by $100-$500, but all additional charges will be agreed upon in advance.

Trust Administration & Probate
Heather can administer your family’s trust or probate estate for an agreed upon flat-fee or hourly rate that will almost always be less than the “normal” fees set by California courts. All fees will be agreed upon up-front, with no surprises.
